Knowledge In The Controversy Of Kendrick Lamar's "Alright" Hip Hop Song/Rap Promoting Violence

Kendrick Lamar "Alright" Hip Hop Song/Rap Promoting Violence Controversy
A scene from Kendrick Lamar's "Alright" music video now playing on 1starcutie.com

There has been some controversy about Kendrick Lamar's new song/rap "Alright". Some radio/tv hosts are saying it promotes violence, while others say it's simply expressing what many are feeling about police brutality.

"Hip Hop" - which stemmed from a place of expression in articulately sharing your state of mind from the environment and or culture of which you are apart of. Many are growing up in environments where there's racism against African Americans as well as police brutality, so in order to show love and support for each other, some young adults use their words to express their feelings.

In order to receive respect we must first provide the equal amount of support and respect in America.
Adults and authority figures who are demonstrating racism, violent actions, and non-support are the ones who's promoting violence and negativity within the environment. Until we all come together nothing will be alright, but until then stop judging ones freedom of speech without any knowledge of ones environment or community from which they live in or came from.
